Search and Rescue
The Valdez Snowmachine Club Search and Rescue has the ability to provide, and coordinate, a group of approximately 50 people to the Alaska State Troopers and/or the Valdez Fire Department. The group is capable of traveling to remote, off-road, type areas.
Poker Runs
The Valdez Snowmachine Club host both UTV and Snowmachine poker runs. These events are family friendly and feature a unique game of skill.
Training
3-Day course in Thompson Pass hosted by Mike Buck and Kyle Sobek. This course covers the essentials for back country travel on Snowmachines. These items include glacier travel, terrain evaluation, avalanche awareness, and rescue.
